1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) work in comparable ways. Spanish law (article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE) and the GDPR require us to tell you which we use and to obtain your consent for any that are not strictly necessary.
2. Cookies used on this Site
We keep this deliberately minimal. sailingdreams.com uses one analytics tool (Google Analytics 4) and no advertising or social-media tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. The Site uses:

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Google Analytics is not loaded until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you reject, no analytics cookies are set.
3. Third-party requests that are not cookies
To display our typefaces the Site loads Google Fonts from Google’s servers, which involves sending your IP address to Google Ireland Ltd. Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to set cookies or profile users. The live availability search calls our own server function, which in turn queries the Booking Manager platform; no cookies are set by that process.
4. Changing your choice
You can change your decision at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Should we introduce further tools such as Meta Pixel or a chat widget, we will update the table above and will not load them until you have consented.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each publish instructions). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site working, for example the enquiry form.
